Kobe R Real Estate is offering office space within “ROKKONOMAD,” a facility we operate atop Mt. Rokko. While most ROKKONOMAD plans are free-address, this space is available for lease as dedicated office space. As a shared office, it offers low rent and minimal equipment investment, making it ideal for small corporations and sole proprietors.
The available space is a room facing a sunny south-facing wooden deck. While working, you can gaze out at the lush green mountains and the distant sea. Currently, one room is loosely divided into two spaces by a wall.
Get some exercise by hiking to work, take a shower to wash off the sweat, then start your workday. When you need a change of pace, step right out onto the wooden deck—working outside feels great.
During breaks, brew some coffee and zone out watching passing ships while the breeze blows through your hair. Some folks even lie down on the grass for a nap!
You are also welcome to use the shared social room. It features a mini-kitchen, so you can prepare light meals. For an additional fee, we can also provide vegetable-packed lunches.
ROKKONOMAD’s staff and guests are all people who make hiking a daily part of their lives. A natural community among guests has formed in the social room.
If you’re going to work on a mountain anyway, you might as well distance yourself from the tense office environment in the city and work with the fun, outdoor-like feeling.
