  Workroom

  This is a room where we work quietly and intensively. You can work surrounded by high ceilings and warm flooring made of cedar from Mount Rokko. All desks are free, and there are spacious desks as well as desks with a view of the ocean from the top of the mountain. Monitors are available for rent, so you can work on a large screen. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, so you can work with peace of mind.

  Social Room

  This is a room where you can relax, eat, and talk. You can also have your lunch here, which can be ordered every day! There is a long table, a sofa to relax on, coffee and tea brewing facilities, and a coffee table. There is also a pantry, a shared refrigerator, and a microwave oven. On cold winter days, the fireplace is a great place to warm up.

  Phone Booth

  These can be used for web conferencing and phone calls, and because they are single-person phone booths, once inside you can concentrate on your meeting. There is no need to make a reservation in advance, and you can use it whenever you want. There are several phone booths available, so if you want to use one but it is not in use, please let our staff know.

  Conference Room

  This is a rental conference room that can be reserved in advance.
  There are two rooms in total. The large conference room can accommodate up to 10 people, while the small room can accommodate up to 6 people. With monitors and whiteboards, these rooms are perfect for management camps and brainstorming sessions. There is also direct access to the wood deck, so if you get stuck in a meeting, you can breathe in the clear air, refresh yourself and inspire a change in thinking.

Membership

This plan is for those who want to work in the forests of Mt. Rokko on an ongoing basis. Members can also stay at the member’s price. The sign-up fee is 11,000 yen including tax (not refundable in case of suspension or withdrawal).
